We’ve heard your calls and are currently in the final stages of developing a new finishes and holo graphics, with either a gold or purple flake finish.

While they’re not yet implemented in the configurator, you can simply include a matte finish in your design and leave us a note during checkout informing us which glitter finish you prefer! Regarding the holographic print – reach out to our customer service and let them know what you’re looking to have done in chrome exactly! They’ll be able to guide you through the process, until we’ve finalized the product and made it available online!

Flashy and unique looks!

To keep delivering you the freshest designs and widest selection we continuously work on introducing new options, extras and finishes. Especially glitter finishes are high in demand and we’ve been working together closely with our partners to develop special gold or purple flake glitter overlaminate for your designs! Besides our matte finish you’ll now be able to add some sparkle to your kit. 

 

And new in the line of our print media is our flashy new holographic vinyl. Producing an effect similar to chrome the holographic vinyl truly shines most when hit by light. The vinyl is composed to reflect and break incoming light to not only add a metallic but a rainbow like effect to your graphics.

After a ton of blood, sweat and tears we’re proud to present you our reworked website!

We rebuilt it not only visually but improved the navigation, layout, site speed and functionality among other things!

 

Starting with a new menu and navigation options – our website header menu allows you to immediately find your way to your desired bike. Navigate through the shop categories to directly find your bike brand. Or utilize the quick select menu at the top of our main page! You’ll get designing within 3 clicks!

 

Of course, not only our site has grown over the years but so has Backyard Design as an international community. And you’re an extremely important part of it! We’ve introduced the much requested zoom function and implemented notifications to guide you through the process. The configuration was separated into a design and logos mode. No more struggling between selecting a logo or an accent! The design mode was created so you can soley select and modify your bike’s colors and once you switch to logos you’re able to change and modify them. The extras tab includes extras and accessories such as our different finishes or mini plates.

Josh Hansen 2020 Honda graphics

The new Josh Hansen graphics are here!
Josh Hansen has always been one step ahead in terms of style. That alone would be reason enough to commit him as a team rider.
Josh has been with us in the Backyard Design Team for almost a year.


We designed his first Honda design for Josh’s CRF 450 together with him and it has since been copied by almost every motocross graphics company in the world.


We naturally see this as a compliment and wanted to come up with something new for the 2020 LVN100 graphics. We made it a bit more difficult for our competing companies and designed the decor clean but with many little extras that are relatively difficult to copy.


The grey gripper seatcover from Backyard Design, which is only available for the CRF 250 2018 – 2020 and the CR450F 2017-2020, makes the bike an absolutely unique piece.

Of course, as with all of our graphics, you can adjust the colors yourself and design exactly the style you want.

Design Contest # 1 2020

For us motocrossers, the current situation is probably a little worse than for “normal” people.


The weather is getting better and you could theoretically ride on almost any MX track at the moment if it weren’t for the Corona Virus.


In order to make your time at home a little more exciting, we came up with something:
A motocross graphics design contest.


The rules are very simple:

  1. You design your own graphic kit in our online configurator.
  2. Then upload the picture and your information to our website.
  3. You and your friends vote on our website which graphic kit is the coolest and the first 3 winners get prizes from us.
